Legal framework governing access to Myaudigo’s corporate trade secret management and technology transfer advisory services.
Myaudigo provides intellectual property advisory, including trade secret classification, technology transfer protocol design, and legal alignment with Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) standards. All recommendations are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal representation.
You agree to provide accurate information for all engagements, maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials shared during advisory sessions, and not use Myaudigo’s deliverables for unlawful purposes. Unauthorized redistribution of our protocols or registers is prohibited.
Myaudigo’s liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of trade secrets or business interruption.
All materials, templates, and frameworks provided by Myaudigo remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your internal corporate register and compliance purposes. No ownership of our methodologies is transferred.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential materials received from Myaudigo. Sections on limitation of liability and intellectual property survive termination.
We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. For legal inquiries, contact info@myaudigo.com.
